Reservations Bungalows, Glamping and Villas
Contract
The reservation is confirmed with a down payment of 40% of the total amount of the stay. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of registration, either through the online check-in system or on the day of arrival.
In the event that the client does not show up at the resort on the day of arrival stipulated in the contract, and if the reasons for the delay are not given in writing, the booking will be automatically cancelled 48 hours after the supposed arrival without the advance payment being reclaimed.
There will be no discount or refund in case of late arrival or early departure of the reserved days in the reservation contract.
A deposit may be required as a warranty against any damage and defects in the accommodations. This amount will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure if the accommodation is in good condition and has no damage.
El Delfín Verde reserves the right to cancel within a period of 48 hours, from when the reservation is made, as well as to modify the conditions set out herein if required. The right is also reserved at any time to change the type of accommodation reserved for an equivalent or higher category. Access to the Resort by minors is not permitted if they are not accompanied for the duration of their stay by their parents or guardians. In particular, access to the Resort by groups in which minors are present will not be permitted without the prior express consent of the Reservations Department. Failure to comply with the stipulations of this clause will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking contract that may have been formalised (even if this fact is detected by the Resort Reception on the same day that the client arrives at the facilities) and without the client having the right to a refund of the payments made up to that time.
Contract modifications
Any modification (dates, type of accommodation or number of occupants) to be made to the original booking contract must be requested by email so that the Reservation Department can evaluate whether or not to authorise the change and will only be confirmed by email, in addition to entailing a management cost of 25 €. Not all requests are guaranteed to be accepted. It is advisable to make a new reservation online for a change of accommodation or dates in order to ensure availability. It is not allowed to change the dates of the reservation less than 14 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation of contract
If the cancellation request takes place before 14 days of the arrival date mentioned in the contract, you will receive a refund of the amount paid except € 30 of cancellation fee, but if it is received less than 14 days in advance, 40% of the total amount of the stay will not be refunded.
The cancellation of your reservation must be requested in writing by e-mail to: [email protected], with the subject “Cancellation + reservation number” and stating the reasons. Cancellations are under no circumstances accepted or processed by telephone. For security and data protection reasons, only cancellations will be accepted that come from the same email with which the reservation was made.
Accommodation
Bed linen and towels are included. A change is offered for stays of more than 7 nights.
Dogs are NOT allowed in the accommodations or in the bungalows and glamping areas.
Tents around bungalows, glampings or villas are not allowed.
One vehicle is allowed per accommodation included in the price and a maximum of a second vehicle can be registered and paid for according to the applicable rate. For accommodations with five or fewer places, it is not possible to rent an extra parking space.
Occupation
Occupancy in each accommodation may not exceed the maximum number of persons indicated in the description of the accommodation. For safety reasons and for the purposes of the insurance contracted by the Resort, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum number of occupants foreseen for the type of accommodation booked. A baby or a child counts as a person for the purposes of the occupancy calculation.
The number of wristbands given to the client by the Resort may not exceed the total capacity of the accommodation contracted by the client.
Accompanying persons will be billed from the first contracted day to the last, regardless of whether they physically stay overnight.
No change of companions is allowed during the stay.
Visits
At El Delfín Verde Resorts visitors are not allowed during your stay. On the contrary, we offer the possibility of booking day passes (click here), which will be subject to availability depending on the level of occupancy.
Assignment of accommodation
The accommodation number is assigned by the reservations department based on availability and internal organisation. Only on the day of arrival, if the accommodation is clean, you will be informed of your accommodation number.
On arrival or during the stay, the El Delfín Verde Resorts does not undertake to change the number and/or type of accommodation. In any case, it will be subject to availability and internal organisation and entails, apart from the difference in rate, an additional cost of €50.
Arrival and departure times
The accommodation will be available from 5:00PM of the day of arrival as stipulated in the booking contract. For reservations made on the same day of entry, the delivery of the accommodation at the indicated time is not guaranteed and the delivery time may be delayed depending on the situation. Arrival at the Resort is allowed from 1:00PM and you can use all our facilities while waiting for the accommodation to be ready. Arrivals after 9:00PM must be pre-registered through our online check-in.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00AM on the last contracted day and in good condition (rubbish removed, with no waste or damage and furniture placed in its original position) and free of personal belongings. If you wish, you can continue to enjoy our facilities and services for up to 13:00PM.
Other
All the facilities and services of El Delfín Verde Resorts are at your disposal, both those that are free of charge and those that require additional payment. The Resort reserves the right, at any time during the season and without prior notice, to modify schedules or to proceed with the opening or closing of these facilities and services.
By means of the corresponding reservation contract, the client will only have access to the facilities and services of the Resort where the client has made the reservation, and therefore will not have access to any other complex belonging to the El Delfín Verde Resorts group.
For security and data protection reasons, inquiries and procedures must be submitted from the same email address specified in the reservation. In addition, we recommend that you add us to your contacts to ensure that you receive our informative emails, or check your “spam box” regularly.
Reservations Pitches, Camping & Caravaning

No discount or refund will be made in case of delay on the day of arrival or early departure of the days specified in the reservation contract.
A deposit may be required as a guarantee. This amount will be refunded, at the latest, 7 days after departure, provided that the pitch is in perfect condition: without any element or rubbish on the ground.
El Delfín Verde Resorts reserves the right to cancel the contract within 48 hours of the booking being made, and to modify the conditions set out herein if required.

Pitch
The price of the pitch includes a tent, or a caravan, or a camper or a van (camper type), together with the electricity corresponding in each case to the chosen type. Additional tents (igloo type) can be placed free of charge, provided they are within the boundaries of your pitch.
Only one vehicle is included in the price of the pitch and it must be parked within the boundaries of the pitch. No additional vehicles will be allowed.
In the description of each type of pitch, the type of electrical connection is specified along with the amperage, as well as the water connection system, if the pitch has one. The customer must be provided with the corresponding adapter and extension cable, as well as a water hose if applicable, with the minimum number of metres indicated.
Occupation
The maximum occupancy per pitch is 6 people, including children and babies.
A maximum number of bracelets corresponding to the capacity can be provided (6).

Pitch assignment
In the description of the pitch it is specified whether the allocation is according to internal organisation or whether the customer can choose where to settle.
If the pitch you have taken does not correspond to the type of pitch reserved, you will be obliged to break down and move to the corresponding pitch. Only if availability allows, you will be able to stay on the chosen pitch and regularise the corresponding payment at the reception desk.
Arrival and departure time
The pitch will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival stipulated in the booking contract, which is also the time of entry into the resort. For arrivals after 9:00 p.m., you must register in advance through our online check-in system.
On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated before 12:00 a.m. and you must leave the facilities at the same time. Later departure will incur the cost of an additional night. The pitch must be left in good conditions: without any material or waste on the ground.
Other
The stay of dogs in the Resort is strictly prohibited from 13th July 2025 to 24th August 2025. This rule will be strictly enforced.

Reservations Hotel
The reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay. The remaining amount must be paid upon registration, either through the online check-in system or on the day of arrival.
If you do not show up and do not give notice, your reservation will be cancelled 24 hours after your supposed arrival and the deposit is non-refundable.
El Delfin Verde reserves the right to cancel within a period of 48 hours from the time of booking and to change the terms and conditions contained herein if desired. Likewise, El Delfin Verde reserves the right to change at any time the type of accommodation booked to an equivalent or higher category, either in the hotel or in the resort.
Changes to the original contract must be requested by email. Not all requests are guaranteed to be accepted. The Reservations Department will review whether the change will be allowed and will only be confirmed by an email from us.
Cancellation of your reservation must be requested in writing by email. For security and data protection reasons, cancellations will only be accepted from the same e-mail address used to make the reservation.
Rooms: If the cancellation request takes place before 3 days of the arrival date mentioned in the contract, the amount paid will be refunded with the exception of €30 cancellation fee, but if the request is received less than 3 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
Villas: If the cancellation request takes place before 14 days of the arrival date mentioned in the contract, the amount paid will be refunded with the exception of €30 cancellation fee, but if the request is received less than 14 days in advance, 40% of the total amount of the stay will not be refunded.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the hotel, either in the common facilities or in the various types of accommodations.
A parking space is included during your stay. The villas have a private parking space at the vacation home and for the rooms there is a common parking space to which you will have access once you have checked in.
Baby beds can be provided free of charge. We recommend that you request it in advance to make sure it is available and that it is ready with the bedding on the day of your arrival.
The accommodation number is assigned by the reservation center based on availability and internal organization. Any preferences and/or special needs can be communicated in writing prior to arrival so that we can take them into account in the allocation, but will not be contractually defined.
Arrival at the hotel is permitted from 1pm and you will be able to use the hotel and resort facilities while waiting for your accommodation to be delivered.
Rooms will be available from 3 pm on the contracted day of arrival.
Villas will be available from 5 pm on the contracted day of arrival.
The accommodation must be left in good condition (garbage removed, without waste or damage and with the furniture placed in the original position) and without personal belongings. If you wish, you may continue to enjoy our facilities and services, both the hotel and the resort, until 1:00 pm maximum.
Rooms must be vacated before 12 noon on the last contracted day.
Villas must be vacated before 10 am on the last contracted day.
All facilities and services of the Hotel Clipper (heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna,…) and of El Delfín Verde Costa Brava Resort (Dolfi Water Park, restaurants, gym, doctor,…) are at your disposal, both free of charge and for supplementary payment. El Delfín Verde reserves the right during the season to modify service schedules or to close facilities without prior notice, as well as to change the opening/closing of the hotel for health and safety reasons.
Restaurant opening hours are usually as follows:
Lunch: from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (July and August only)
Dinners: from 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
If you plan to arrive late at night and would like something prepared in your room, please call or write us in advance. We can also reserve a table for you on the day of arrival, so you can eat in the restaurant before you check in at the reception.
