GENERAL RULES
TRAFFIC RULES
The maximum circulation speed over the entire Resort is 10 km/h, for all types of vehicles, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, segways or any other type of transport.
Circulation with bicycles, skates, segways or scooters is not allowed within common areas such as inside the supermarket or the swimming pool complex Dolfi Water Park.
CIRCULATION HOURS
In order to ensure the rest of all the guests, driving with (motor)vehicles is NOT allowed from 00:00 AM to 07:00 AM.
WATER FOUNTAINS
The fountains located throughout the Resort are only used to draw water. They should not be used to wash clothes, dishes or other kitchen utensils.
IDENTIFICATION
For control and security reasons, it is mandatory that everyone staying at our Resort wears the identification bracelet at all times during the stay.
VEGETATION, GARDENS AND PLANTS
It is mandatory to respect all vegetation found in all areas of the Resort, such as the pine forest, the gardens around the bungalows, the palm trees or the hedges that delimit the pitches.
Under no circumstances is it allowed to nail a hook, hang clothes lines or hammocks in the trees, nor is it allowed to nail umbrellas to the grass.
REST HOURS
In order to ensure the rest of all the guests, during your stay we ask that during rest hours and from 22:00 at night, moderate the volume of any television, radio, mobile or tablet that you are using.
We have also established a rest schedule for the entire resort area, and from 00:00 at night and until 07:00 in the morning, it is not allowed to make any noise that may disturb or alter it.
RECYCLING AND WASTE
In the Resort you will find garbage recycling areas. We kindly ask you to use it correctly and place the garbage in the corresponding container:
– GLASS in the GREEN container
– PAPER and CARDBOARD in the BLUE container
– PLASTIC in the YELLOW container
It is not allowed to deposit bags with garbage in the bins located on the access roads or in common areas.
PLAYGROUNDS
The children’s play area is for the exclusive use and enjoyment of the little ones and must always be accompanied by an adult.
It is NOT allowed to enter the play area with dogs or other pets. We ask that you take care of this space and do not leave food or other debris behind.
INFRACTIONS OR GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION
Within El Delfín Verde Costa Brava Resort, the basic rules of coexistence must be respected.
Therefore, any socially unacceptable behavior considered by the Resort Management will not be allowed, such as robberies, thefts, disturbances of public order, any type of verbal, physical or psychological violence, offensive comments, discriminatory expressions, fraud, scams, states of drunkenness, attacks against good customs and social coexistence, disturbance of public order, hurtful behavior towards minors or family reprehensible, malicious acts, vexatious or socially reprehensible clothing, breach of safety regulations, reprehensible behavior that alters the family coexistence of the resort, etc… and as well as the breach of these regulations and any type of rules reported through signage, posters or any other information channel by the company.
Consequently, behaviors that do not respect basic social coexistence (summarized in the previous paragraph) may lead to a sanction or expulsion from the company’s facilities without the right to any type of compensation or reimbursement.
Expenses arising from damage, breakage or damage to any object or property of the Resort will be borne by the person who carried it out.
Any person who has not made their registration correctly will be expelled from the Resort.
El Delfín Verde reserves the right to apply the measures it deems necessary in the case of infringement and / or breach of any of the rules detailed in these regulations.
REGULATIONS FOR PITCHES:
OCCUPANCY / CAPACITY
For safety reasons, legal liability and accident insurance coverage, the maximum occupancy per pitch is 6 people, including children and babies. If there is a change in occupancy during your stay, it is essential that you inform us before or on arrival.
Only persons who have registered at the time of registration (even if they have other arrival days) are authorized to be on the pitch. Persons who register to stay overnight after the arrival day of the reservation are considered a visit, even if there is capacity available on the plot, they must pay the rate of € 25 per person per night.
Once this maximum occupancy is reached, no new wristbands will be made.
PITCH NUMBER
After installation on a pitch, it is very important that you provide us with your pitch number so that we can contact you in the case of an incident or emergency. You will find the number on a stone just on the edge. Please note that in the case of PLUS pitches, it is necessary to enter the pitch number in our system to activate the electricity. You can indicate your number using the form that you will find by clicking HERE.
Notice: El Delfín Verde is not responsible for the wrong choice of pitch type. If the occupied pitch does not correspond to the reserved pitch type, you are required to disassemble and choose another pitch in the reserved area. Only if availability permits, you can stay in the chosen pitch and pay the remainder at the reception.
PARKING
Out of respect for customers who are about to arrive and do not yet have an assigned pitch, please do not use the pitches next to or nearby as parking spaces. You must park within the boundaries of your pitch.
The parking lot at the entrance, opposite the reception, is reserved ONLY for check-ins and check-outs. This parking space cannot replace that of your pitch.
El Delfín Verde offers the possibility to park your vehicle in the car park at the entrance if you arrive after midnight, as long as there is space and without hindering the entry and exit of vehicles. The night security guard is responsible for authorizing the occupancy of the parking space.
FOOD AND GARBAGE
Food scraps in or outside tents or caravans can lead to an invasion of insects or other animals. Keep waste containers hermetically closed. Never leave garbage bags or dirty waste containers on the floor.

WASTE WATER AND CHEMICAL TOILETS
It is not allowed to discharge waste water on the ground or into the fountains. There is a chemical toilet dump in each toilet block.
The PLUS pitches have a drainage connection for the exclusive use of waste water disposal from the showers, toilets and washbasins of the caravans and motorhomes. Under no circumstances to empty tanks of chemical toilets.
ELECTRICITY
Each pitch has a power socket with a contracted power, and if you want to increase this, you have to adjust the contract through the reception.
It is NOT allowed to manipulate the switch boxes. If you do not have electricity, you must report this. The resort electrician is the only person authorized to investigate faults.

DEPARTURE TIME
All pitches must be vacated by 1:00 PM. It is essential to notify the persons in the barrier’s cottage of your departure. If you do not depart at the specified time, El Delfín Verde reserves the right to charge for an extra day.
SANITARY
In order to use the toilets in a calm and safe manner, we appreciate that you read carefully and respect the established safety and courtesy rules. For your benefit and that of other guests, we appreciate that you make good use of the facilities.
IT IS MANDATORY:
Wear appropriate footwear, avoid going barefoot and maintain decorum in clothing.??
Respect the instructions of the cleaning staff, they are working for your benefit.
NOT ALLOWED IN THE SANITARY BUILDING:
Smoking, eating and/or drinking.
Entry of animals
Deposit garbage. There are containers for this purpose outside. Please use the garbage containers.
Any rude behavior or act that may annoy other guests.
MUST TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
El Delfín Verde is not responsible for theft, damage or loss of personal items.
The resort staff is responsible for the maintenance of the toilets and their facilities. We appreciate that any malfunction, breakage or defect is reported.
REGULATIONS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS:
OCCUPANCY / CAPACITY
For safety reasons, legal liability and insurance coverage in the case of an accident, the maximum occupancy of your bungalow will in any case be the occupancy stated in the confirmation of your reservation. In any case, this capacity may not be exceeded. A baby or child counts as a whole person.
The accommodation price includes all the people who have registered at the time of registration for the contracted dates (even if they have different arrival days). Only these are authorized to be in the accommodation, without exceeding their maximum allowed capacity.
It is not allowed to register people after the contracted arrival date.
No change of companions is allowed during the stay.
PARKING
The corresponding parking space depends on whether your accommodation has its own allocated parking space or not, in which case each bungalow neighborhood has specific parking spaces for clients staying in that type of bungalow.
The parking lot at the entrance, opposite the reception, is reserved ONLY for check-ins and check-outs. This parking space cannot replace that of your accommodation.
El Delfín Verde offers the possibility to park your vehicle in the car park at the entrance if you arrive after midnight, as long as there is space and without hindering the entry and exit of vehicles. The night watchman is responsible for authorizing the occupancy of the parking space.
IT’S NOT ALLOWED:
Change the distribution of the beds or other furniture in the rooms of your accommodation, as well as taking tables or chairs from inside the bungalow / apartment.
The installation of any type of tent in the garden around or near your accommodation.
Place or hang ropes as a clothesline.
FOOD AND GARBAGE
Food waste inside or outside your accommodation can lead to an invasion of insects or other animals. Please keep waste containers hermetically closed and especially store waste or leftovers in the designated places. Remember where to put the waste:

INVENTORY AND APPLIANCES
In the confirmation of your reservation you will find a link where you can consult the inventory of your accommodation. In case of not finding everything detailed, please communicate it upon arrival, for its replacement.
Be aware that the excessive use of electrical appliances connected to the mains can generate an overload and blow the fuses. Please make good use of all electrical appliances.

CHANGE OF SHEETS AND TOWELS
A change of sheets and towels takes place 5 days after arrival and only for stays longer than 7 days.
DEPARTURE TIME
All accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 AM. If you wish, you can continue to enjoy our facilities and services up to 1 PM, by parking the car outside the Resort of El Delfín Verde
OTHER RULES:
NIGHTCLUB “THE BASSment” RULES
Failure to comply with any of the rules detailed in these regulations will lead to expulsion from the club and / or any additional measures that the Resort Management deems appropriate.
IT IS MANDATORY:
Wearing the bracelet that identifies you as a guest of the Resort.
Identify yourself by ID or passport, when requested by security staff.
NOT ALLOWED:
Smoking in any interior space of the nightclub.
Exit the disco with crystal glasses.
Access the disco with food or drinks from outside.
MUST TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
The emergency exits are marked with their corresponding sign.
The lights go on a few minutes before closing. We ask you to respect the established closing times.
Dog ownership regulations
It is mandatory to communicate the presence of dogs at the time of booking and / or registration (check-in) and sign the acceptance of the rules of dog ownership within the Resort before entering. Failure to comply with any of these regulations may result in expulsion.
The stay of dogs inside the resort will be strictly forbidden from the 14th July 2024 until the 25th August 2024 (high season). Those who have entered before 13 th July will not be able to stay inside the resort.
Be in possession of the health book of the animal with all the current compulsory vaccination, which may be requested at any time during your stay.
It is mandatory to have insurance that covers any incident that the animal could cause. Dog owners are responsible for the proper hygiene of their pets to prevent parasites.
Dogs and other pets are not permitted at the beach, in the playgrounds, bars or restaurants. Under no circumstances are they allowed to walk into the toilet buildings, the swimming pools or the supermarket.
Dogs cannot be left unattended. Barking or vicious dogs will be removed from the resort if they disturb other customers.
Dogs may be walked on a leash (no longer than 6 feet) provided they are under control at all times. For the safety of our customers, other animals and your own dog, under no circumstances is your pet to walk around the resort without a leash.
Dangerous breed dogs must be muzzled.
Dog owners must properly dispose of their animal’s excrements. It is strictly forbidden to walk your dog near other customer’s bungalows or pitches.
REGULATIONS FOR PERSONAL OBJECTS
El Delfín Verde is not responsible for theft, breakage, forgetfulness or loss of personal belongings anywhere in the resort.

DOLFI WATER PARK RULES: USE OF POOLS AND SLIDES
In order for the team of lifeguards to offer a good service and to adequately carry out their work to avoid accidents and improve their performance in the event of an intervention, it is essential to comply with our special regulations for the use of pools and slides, as well as follow your directions. We appreciate your collaboration.
IT IS MANDATORY:
Wearing the bracelet that identifies you as a guest.
Follow the directions of the lifeguards at all times.
Shower before entering the pools.
Respect the safety regulations.
Respect other guests.
Children who cannot swim should wear age appropriate flotation devices.
When you arrive at the arrival pool of the slide, you must leave this pool as soon as possible.
It is only allowed to slide down the slides one by one and sitting forwards.
Use appropriate swimwear and footwear for the pool.
Put the waste in the waste bins.
NOT ALLOWED:
Inappropriate behavior in and around the pool area.
It is not allowed to bring food and drinks into the pool complex, except for water in plastic bottles. Eating and drinking is only possible in the various restaurants and bars located in the swimming pool complex.
Access for children under 12 years of age when not accompanied by an adult.
Children who cannot swim cannot use the slides.
Flotation devices and floats in the slides.
Smoking in the entire pool complex.
Taking glass objects (glasses, cups, etc.)
Bringing animals (except guide dogs).
Use diving fins and masks, balls, toys or inflatable beds / animals.
Run or push. You have to walk around.
Diving headfirst into the pool.
Jump from potentially dangerous points (stones, bridges, jacuzzis, …).
Obstruct the slides or try to stop in the middle.

IT IS RECOMMENDED:
Sunbathe moderately, use sunscreen and always shower before entering the pool.
That children are controlled at all times by an adult, within their field of vision.
Do not let small children play near pools that are not suitable for them.
Do not jump into the water immediately after eating, sunbathing or vigorous physical activity.
Always shower first.
MUST TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
The first aid kit can be requested from the lifeguards.
Pool maintenance fluids can damage the color and texture of swimwear.
The Resort is not responsible for theft, breakage or loss of personal items.
The objects found must be brought to the INFO POINT or stored in the pool itself.
In the case of bad weather or storms guests must leave the pools.
RULES FOR GUESTS:
The personal identification bracelet constitutes a license to access the pool complex.
The right of access to the pool complex is reserved.
Any behavior or act of violence that may annoy guests will be grounds for immediate expulsion from the pool.
The guests must assume and commit to respect the rules of the internal regime.
The staff can deny access or remove guests from the pool for non-compliance with the terms and conditions and / or rules. In all cases that damage and / or injury is caused to persons or things through their own actions and / or omissions.
Slide users do this at their own risk. The resort is not responsible for any accident or personal damage caused by the misuse of the pool, slides or the surrounding area.
The resort staff takes care of the maintenance of the swimming pools and their facilities. We value customers who report an abnormality, breakage or malfunction.
DOLFI WRISTBANDS RULES
OBTAINING THE WRISTBANDS
Upon arrival, when checking-in at the Reception, a wristband will be delivered to all clients who are registered. It is required that the client and his companions wear the wristband during their entire stay. It is for personal use and it’s not transferable.
FUNCTIONS OF THE WRISTBANDS
The wristband has four main functions:
It identifies you as a customer of the campsite and, therefore, gives you access to all the facilities.
For guests staying in bungalows, mobile-homes or apartments belonging to the campsite, it serves as a key to open the door.
It can be used as a wallet card for the payment of purchases made inside the campsite, only at the points of sale where this service is enabled.
This allows you to get exclusive discounts, and the accumulation of points which can be redeemed for gifts with each purchase made with the wristband, provided it has been used for payment.
ACTIVATION AND RECHARGE OF THE WRISTBANDS
When the wristband is delivered, functions 3) and 4) of the previous section are deactivated, which means there is no credit available. The minimum reload is 5€ and it can be paid by debit card, credit card or cash. To activate it and add funds to it, you must go to any point of reload in the camping, which you will be able to identify with Customers are requested and recommended to try to reload their wristbands in the hours of least influx of public, according to the reload point.
ENABLED POINTS OF SALE AND PAYMENT METHODS
You may only use your wristband to pay at enabled points of sale. You will only have access to exclusive discounts and accumulate redeemable points if you use your wristband to pay.
The points of sale enabled for the payment with wristband can be identified through different information panels distributed throughout the resort. Additionally, you can find them published on our website and in our app.
EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNTS
Items with discount and special offers on each point of sale will be marked with an icon.
VALUE AND REDEMPTION OF POINTS FOR GIFTS
For each purchase at enabled points of sale, the customer accumulates points.
The redemption of points for gifts can only be made at the SOUVENIRS STORE, and in accordance with the current gift catalogue. The gift catalogue is published on the web, in the app and in the different information panels distributed throughout the resort.
In case of running out of a specific item in the catalogue, the establishment reserves the right to replace it for another item of similar characteristics.
In no case will the points be exchanged for money.
RECOVERY OF THE BALANCE AVAILABLE
If at the end of your stay you want to withdraw the amount on the wristband you can go to any of the points of activation and reload them. Once the wristband is out of credit, the customer will no longer be able to make any purchases with it and, therefore, will not be able to continue benefiting from exclusive discounts for purchases or continue accumulating points.
TRANSFER OF CREDIT AND POINTS FROM ONE WRISTBAND TO ANOTHER
Although the use of the wristband is personal and not transferable, both the balance in Euros and the available points can be transferred from one wristband to another, provided that such transfer is authorized by both users. To make the transfer, both customers should go together to any point of activation and reload. At any time, the campsite may request some documentation proving the identity of the users.
The establishment reserves the right not to make the transfer of balance and points from one wristband to another if it is considered that there may be some irregularity.
EXPIRY OF BALANCE AND POINTS
The wristband is only operational during your stay this season, so both the balance in Euros and the points will expire at the end of your stay. If you wish to redeem the points for gifts you must do so this season (see point 6). Points are not saved from one season to the next. If you want to recover the credit in Euros of the wristband, you should go to any activation and reload point (see point 7).
RESPONSIBILITY
The custody of the wristband is the exclusive responsibility of the customer and the establishment is not responsible in case of damage, loss or theft. A new wristband can be made at reception, the cost of which will be € 3, and it is imperative to present an identity document.
The rules and conditions of the points system and use of the wristbands are subject to possible changes without prior notice. In any case, the resort will try to update the published information as soon as possible.

MINI CLUB GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.- The age of access to the Mini Club is between 4 and 8 years old, both ages included. Children 3 years of age or younger will be allowed to enter as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times. Children over 8 years of age will be allowed free access, although the Resort will not be responsible for them.
2.- The Mini Club will be open from 10.00 am to 1.30 pm. The child must be picked up between 13.15 h. and 13.30 h. In case of failure to comply with the pick-up time, the Resort reserves the right not to accept the child in the Mini Club in subsequent applications for registration.
3.- The acceptance of the child’s registration in the Mini Club is subject to the capacity of the Mini Club. Once this capacity has been reached (which will be established by the Resort), no more participants will be accepted.
4.- In the event that the child requires special care, this must be communicated to the entertainment staff. If this requires monitors with specific qualifications and therefore cannot be properly attended by the resort team, the parent or guardian may be required to be present throughout the child’s stay at the Mini Club.
5.- The daily program of the Mini Club is subject to change, and the Resort may modify the planned activities at any time without notice to the customer.
6.- The Resort reserves the right to refuse admission of the child to the Mini Club if the child shows bad behavior or an aggressive attitude towards the entertainment staff or other participants of the Mini Club.
7.- With the registration of the child in the Mini Club the child is authorized to participate in all the activities that take place, whether inside or outside the Mini Club premises.
8.- In case of illness or accident of the child that requires immediate attention, if the entertainment team cannot contact the parent or guardian to come and pick up the child at the Mini Club, they authorized to take the child to a doctor inside or outside the Resort to be properly treated, also authorizing the transport of the child to a medical assistance center if necessary.
