BASIC INFORMATION
Is there WIFI available?
We have WIFI connection. It is a paid service, the cost of which depends on the desired number of days: €4 for 1 day of connection, €10 for 3 days, €15 for 5 days, €20 for 7 days, €25 for 10 days and €35 for 15 to dawn. The code provided will allow you to connect from different devices, but not at the same time. You can take out this service directly online once you are at the resort.
Are we allowed to use a barbecue?
The Resort allows the use of barbecues, both charcoal, electric or gas (the latter two are the most preferable). We do not have a specific area for barbecues, nor do we provide them, nor do we offer the rental service. However, you can bring your own barbecue or buy one at our “Dolfi Market” for approximately € 20.
Where can I report a lost item?
If you are missing any item, please go to the reception or contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. The staff will proceed to register the item in our system, so that if found, we will contact you immediately. Remember that the Resort is not responsible for loss, theft or damage caused by people outside the company. Therefore, we ask all customers not to abandon their belongings.
In low season, what services are offered?
In low season, and in accordance with the rates, NOT ALL all services that we offer (both those included in the price and those of payment) are available to our clients. The opening and closing of services will always be based on the occupation and available staff, therefore we cannot establish specific dates. Even so, the minimum services will be at your disposal and the others may be closed or with more limited schedules. With regard to animation, our entertainment team organizes a lot of activities for all ages, from opening day until the end of the season. The schedules offered in their program are mostly the same throughout the season, but the number and variety of activities is less in low season. At least you will be able to enjoy the Mini-Club, sports competitions for teenagers and adults, the Mini-Disco and the night shows.
What are the established rest hours?
According to our internal regulations, it is established that between 00:00 and 07:00 in the morning it is not allowed to make noise and customers are asked to moderate the volume of electronic devices.
Are there traffic restrictions?
Yes, during the rest hours between 00:00 and 07:00 in the morning it is not allowed to circulate in the entire enclosure. Only authorized employees may do so. If you need to access or leave the campsite during this time slot, you must leave your vehicle in the parking lot located in front of the reception.
How can I report an incident?
To do this, you will have to use our APP that can be downloaded from both the Apple store and Google Play. Continue to the ‘Incidents and Complaints’ section for more information.
Where can I do my laundry? Is there a laundrette available?
Yes, at El Delfín Verde we have a laundrette, which is located next to the bakery. The cost of the automatic washing machine is € 6 (washing liquid included) and the price of the dryers is € 4. The payment method can be cash and credit card.
VISITS
Can I receive visitors from abroad during my stay at the Delfin Verde?
Visits are not accepted at El Delfín Verde, but we offer the option to purchase a day pass for a specific date. The day pass can only be purchased online (click here). Availability depends on resort occupancy to oversee capacity at all times. Day passes are limited and availability may vary from time to time. Day pass is valid from 10am to 8pm. The price is €25 per person, whether child or adult. Babies from 0 to 2 years old do not pay. Entrance to the Dolfi Water Park is included, but it is not allowed to use the different children’s pools at the bungalows.
Are there any restrictions on the DOLFI DAY PASS?
We open a certain number of tickets for sale per day. When the tickets on the website are sold out, access is no longer possible. Tickets must be purchased in advance via the website, this is not possible here at the resort. Children under the age of 18 cannot purchase a day pass and visit the resort alone, they must be accompanied by an adult.
LODGMENTS
How late are the Check-in and Check-out ?
On your arrival day, the accommodation will be available starting at 5 pm. Arrival at the Resort is permitted from 1 pm and you can use all our facilities while waiting for the accommodation to be ready. Arrivals after 9 pm need to make the registration process in advance through our Online Check-in system. On your departure day, the accommodation must be vacated before 10 am. If you wish, you can continue to enjoy our facilities and services until 1 pm. maximum.
Can the maximum capacity of people in an accommodation be exceeded?
For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of occupants provided for the type of accommodation booked. A baby or child counts as an occupant.
Can I add more people than are currently in my reservation?
Companions can be added before or after check-in. The persons are billed from the first to the last day, regardless of whether they physically spend the night each day. Changing companions during the stay is not allowed. The maximum number of bracelets they can receive cannot exceed the total capacity of the contracted accommodation.
Can I choose my accommodation number?
The accommodation number is assigned by the Reservations Department based on availability and internal organization. This means that no specific bungalow number can be selected. Only on the day of arrival, if the accommodation is clean, you will be informed about the exact location. On arrival or during your stay, El Delfín Verde is not obliged to make any changes to your stay.
Can I change my accommodation if I don’t like the one assigned to me?
El Delfin Verde does not commit to the possibility to make changes to accommodation. It is subject to availability and internal organization and, apart from any rate difference, entails an additional cost of €50.
What is meant by bungalow in the paddlingpool zone?
In the bungalow area there are multiple children’s pools, no more than 50 cm deep, designed especially for the enjoyment of the little ones. A booking in the pool area means that your accommodation is located around one of these children’s pools. Don’t worry if you haven’t been able to get a bungalow around one of the paddling pools, you can of course use the paddling pool which will certainly be close by.
Can we use all paddling pools?
When booking any type of accommodation, you can use the paddling pools in your bungalow zone.
What is a bungalow with SPLASH?
In the Glamping and Mowgli Lodge zone there is a SPLASH area, it is a water playground with fountains. If you choose a bungalow with splash, this means that your bungalow is located around the splash playground.
Does a booking for a bungalow include a parking space?
When booking a bungalow, an unnumbered parking space is included within the resort on one of our parking areas. There are two car parks: parking norte and parking sur. A second vehicle is only allowed for bungalows with a capacity greater than 5 people and must be registered and paid according to the applicable rate. Once registered and paid, the vehicle can be parked in one of the two parking areas. There is no free parking outside the resort.
How does the cleaning of the accommodation work?
El Delfin Verde does not provide a cleaning service during your stay. The accommodation will be cleaned before your arrival and on the day of departure after you have left the accomodation. Please leave the accommodation clean and do not forget to take all your belongings with you.
Do the bungalows include sheets and towels?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included. For stays of 10 days or more, you are entitled to fresh linen and towels. However, keep in mind that the change takes place every 7 days (at 10 days after day 5). Therefore, if you wish to make any change before day 7, there will be an additional charge according to current rates.
CAMPING
How late are the Check-in and Check-out?
On the day of arrival, the pitch will be at your disposal from 1 p.m., which is also the time of entry into the resort. For arrivals after 9 pm, you must pre-register through our online check-in system. On the day of departure, you must vacate the pitch and the Resort before 1 p.m. Later departure will charge an extra night.
Are the bathrooms adapted?
Yes, in all of our sanitary buildings there are adapted bathrooms and showers for people with reduced mobility.
Can the maximum capacity of people on a pitch be exceeded?
The maximum occupancy per pitch is 6 people, including children and babies. A maximum number of bracelets corresponding to the capacity can be provided (6). Accompanying persons will be billed from the first contracted day to the last, regardless of whether they physically stay overnight. No change of companions is allowed during the stay.
Can I reserve a specific pitch number by forehand?
– Pitches PLUS A and PLUS B: On the day of arrival El Delfín Verde will communicate the number of the pitch, which will be assigned according to the internal organization. It is mandatory to respect the assigned pitch.
– Pitches PLUS C and STANDARD: On the day of arrival you will be able to choose any plot of the type reserved from those available. The pitch must be occupied physically. It is therefore not possible to reserve a specific pitch.
Is water and electricity included in the price of the reservation?
In PLUS pitches water and electricity are included. However, in the STANDARD pitches only electricity is included but there is no water connection, so you will have to supply yourself in the toilets and / or in the different sources.
Do you need an adapter for the light sockets?
Yes, as stated in the booking conditions, you will not be able to connect to the electricity pole without an adapter. Therefore, you must bring your own adapter or buy one in our supermarket.
What can I do if the contracted amps are not enough for me?
Yes this is possible, you can easily request this and pay at the reception. PLUS pitches have the option of increasing the power to 16 amps with a surcharge of €3.50/day. STANDARD pitches have the option of increasing the power to 10 amps with a surcharge of €3.50/day.
Do we have access to all swimming pools? Can I use the paddling pools in the bungalow zone?
No, the paddling pools in the bungalow zones are only for guests with a reservation in one of the bungalows. Of course you do have access to the DOLFI water park and all the swimming pools in it, we have pools and slides for all ages
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Is it possible to book breakfast, half board or full board?
We do not offer any of these service, but we have a great gastronomic offer within our facilities at very reasonable prices. Find more information about the different kind of restaurants on the Resort by clicking here
How many restaurants does El Delfín Verde have?
At Delfín Verde we have 6 extensive restaurants that combine variety and simplicity. In addition, the Resort has 9 types of bars and chill out areas. And plenty of choices for food takeout. Look for more information about all gastronomy within our Resort by clicking here.
I am allergic to some kind of food. How can I request information about allergens in the restaurants?
Almost all of the resort’s restaurants try to offer gluten-free options for celiacs (pizzas, some pasta, cannelloni, gluten-free bread, ice cream, …). In this case of an allergy, it is best to indicate this in advance and consult directly with our waiters and/or riding stables. We have the food allergen list on our menus.
Can I book a table in one of the restaurants?
None of our restaurants offer the possibility to reserve a table.
PETS
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are not allowed in high season: July 14 to August 26, 2024. Dogs are not allowed in high season: 11 July to 22 August 2022. Outside these dates, dogs are only allowed on pitches (if you come with your caravan or tent). This season 2024 we do not have any accommodation where dogs are allowed.
Can they access all the facilities?
Dogs are not allowed in the playgrounds, in the supermarket, in the Dolfi Water Park, in bars and restaurants, reception or InfoPoint, in the sanitary blocks, and at the Bungalow Park. You can take your dog with you outside on the terraces of bars and restaurants (except those in the pool complex).
Do pets have an extra cost?

In which accommodations are pets allowed?
Dogs are not allowed in the bungalows and the bungalow park.
BRACELETS
Where are the bracelets for?
At El Delfin Verde, every guest, young and old, receives a personally registered bracelet, the bracelets identify you and your family as a guest at the Resort. They are mainly used to access your accommodation and the Dolfi Water Park. Wearing the bracelet is mandatory, otherwise access to the Resort may be refused. You can also charge the chip in the bracelet with money and pay with your Dolfi Band throughout the resort.
My child does not like a bracelet, should he / she really wear it?
Yes, it is important that the bracelets are worn by everyone except babies. The bracelet is extra multifunctional for children, because the bracelet is registered with a reservation and we can read the bracelet at all times, for example when a child has lost his parents, so that the parents of the child can be quickly found and contacted.
How can I charge the bracelet?
There are charging points at various points in the Resort, for example in the Supermarket and in Restaurante Mediterraneo. To charge a bracelet, you need to go to one of these charging points, enter the amount you want to put on it and make the payment.
How do I make payments?
It is possible to pay with your bracelet at almost every point, except at the Reception and Info Point. When paying at the supermarket, restaurant or other store, the cashier will ask whether you want to pay in cash, with pin or with your bracelet. To make a bracelet payment, the cashier will ask you to bring your wrist to the payment device so that the chip scans, just like a debit card, complete the purchase. Fun fact: While you pay with your bracelet you also save for DolfiPoints, which you can later exchange for a nice souvenir in the DolfiShop
RENTINGS AND SERVICES
Can we rent bycicles?
Yes, you can rent bicycles at El Delfín Verde. We have bikes for all ages and sizes, even mountain bikes. Pre-booking is not possible, the bikes are rented directly at our InfoPoint (or the reception in low season), where you can also find the routes. We also have helmets and babyseats. Can we rent cars?
At El Delfín Verde you can rent a car thanks to our provider Masca Motor, who will deliver the car directly to the resort. Is it possible to rent a fridge during my stay on a pitch?
Yes, we offer refrigerator rentals. When making your reservation for a pitch, you can immediately click the tick to rent your refrigerator. If you want to add a refrigerator to your reservation later, that is also possible, send an email to [email protected] with your booking number and the dates that you want to reserve the refrigerator. Of course it is also possible to do this upon arrival at the reception, but keep in mind that there is a limited stock of fridges available and there may not be free for the period.
Do the other courts have to be reserved?
No, all the courts (except tennis and paddle tennis courts) are free and open access. Customers can access as long as they are free.
Can I apply for a fishing license?
No, todas las pistas (excepto las de tenis y pádel) son de acceso libre y gratuito.
Para pescar necesito tener licencia, ¿me la podéis tramitar?
Yes, at the Info Point we can help you obtain a fishing license. You only need to provide specific information and pay the corresponding fee.
Can I rent fishing equipment?
It is possible to rent fishing equipment, but you must notify the Info Point office at least 3 days before your fishing trip.
Is there medical service at the resort?
Yes, the resort has its own doctor, the appointment fee is generally €60. In addition, charges may apply for any medical service rendered. It is not necessary to make an appointment in advance, go to the InfoPunt or the general practitioner to check the opening times.
Is there a transfer service?
Yes, El Delfin Verde can hire the taxi service for you. Unfortunately, there is no bus from the Resort, but you can be informed about public transport at the InfoPoint.
DOLFI WATER PARK
Is the Dolfi Water Park located in the Resort?
Yes, the Dolfi Water Park is located in the Resort and is close to the central point. There are two entrances to the water park, one between the Mexican restaurant and the Info Point and one further up at the Asian taste restaurant.
Can we get in and out of the water park whenever we want or do we need to reserve a spot in advance?
As a guest of El Delfin Verde you have unlimited access to the Water Park during opening hours.
As non-guests of El Delfin Verde, are we allowed to enter the Dolfi Water Park?
If you are not a guest of El Delfin Verde and you still want to enjoy the Dolfi Water Park, you can book tickets online. You must purchase this in advance on a desired date. There is a certain capacity per day, when this capacity is reached, no more new tickets are sold. Click here for more information about the Dolfi Day Pass.
What restoration options are there within the Dolfi Water Park?
In the Dolfi Water Park there are several restaurants and bars where you can have lunch, get an ice cream or have a drink. You don’t even have to leave the pool for a drink at the pool bar. ACTIVITIES
Where can I find the Resort’s fitness, entertainment and entertainment program?
You will find all information, schedules and animation programs on our brand new El Delfin Verde APP. If you have more questions about the schedules, animation programs or about the APP, they can help you at the InfoPoint.
Are excursions, tours and other activities organized?
All kinds of excursions, activities and visits, boat rental, panorama train, mini cruises along the Costa Brava, water and risk activities are organized from the InfoPoint office. Visit InfoPoint for more information.
What sports can be practiced at the Resort?
We have tennis courts, paddle courts, boules courts, volleyball, soccer, basketball and football 7.
ANIMATION
Do you have a miniclub and what are the rules?
We have a Dolfi MiniClub, it is on the path from the reception for the pitches to the Dolfi Water Park and is located between the sanitary building and the doctor’s office. The MiniClub is for children from 4 to 12 years old. Children of 4 years must always be accompanied by an adult. The MiniClub is a free service that children can use, on some days there are games such as T-shirt painting for which there is a charge.
Are there activities for older children?
During the day there are all kinds of activities for all ages divided into groups: the Mini Club (4-8 years), the Maxi Sport Club (8-12 years), the Teenies Sports Club (from 13 to 17 years old), Adults Club and Fitness Club (both for over 18 years). What languages are spoken in the animation and shows?
Our animation team consists of animators of various nationalities in order to answer the different languages spoken by our customers. In the evenings we have the Mini Disco (made in five languages: Spanish, English, Dutch, German and French) and often we continue with a show such as The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Mamma Mia!, etc. these are usually performed in English.
