Reservations Bungalows, Glamping and Villas
Contract
The reservation is confirmed with the deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay. We may ask for a different part of the payment for the stay a few weeks before arrival, which will be notified by e-mail. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of registration, either through the online check-in system or the same day of arrival.
There will be no discount or refund in case of late arrival or early departure of the reserved days in the reservation contract.
If you do not show up without notifying us, your reservation will be canceled 48 hours after the estimated arrival date without the deposit being refunded.
A fee may be claimed as a warranty against any damage and defects in the accommodations. This amount will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure if the accommodation is in good condition and has no damage.
El Delfín Verde reserves the right to cancel within a period of 48 hours, from when the reservation is made, as well as to modify the conditions set out herein if required. The right is also reserved at any time to change the type of accommodation reserved for an equivalent or higher category.
Minors are not allowed to stay without a parent or legal guardian. It implies the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Contract modifications
Any change (dates, type of accommodation or number of companions) you wish to make to the original contract will have to be requested by email and confirmed by us, at a cost of €25 in administration fee. It is advisable to make a new online reservation for accommodation or dates to guarantee availability.
Cancellation of contract
If the cancellation request takes place before 14 days of the arrival date mentioned in the contract, you will receive a refund of the amount paid except € 30 of cancellation fee, but if it is received less than 14 days in advance, 40% of the total amount of the booking will not be refunded.The cancellation of your reservation must be requested in writing by e-mail to: [email protected], with the subject «Cancellation + reservation number» and stating the reasons. Cancellations are under no circumstances accepted or processed by telephone. For security and data protection reasons, only cancellations will be accepted that come from the same email with which the reservation was made.
Accommodation
Bed linen and towels are included. A change is offered for stays of more than 7 nights.
Dogs are NOT allowed in the accommodations or in the bungalows and glamping areas.
Tents around bungalows, glampings or villas are not allowed.
One vehicle is allowed per accommodation included in the price and a maximum of a second vehicle can be registered and paid for according to the applicable rate. For accommodations with five or fewer places, it is not possible to rent an extra parking space.
Occupation
Maximum occupancy per accommodation: 2 to 8 people, depending on the type of accommodation. For safety and insurance reasons, it is absolutely forbidden to exceed the number of persons indicated for the type of accommodation booked. A baby or child counts as a whole person.
The maximum number of wristbands you may receive may not exceed the total capacity of the contracted accommodation.
Accompanying persons will be billed from the first contracted day to the last, regardless of whether they physically stay overnight.
No change of companions is allowed during the stay.
Visits
At El Delfín Verde Costa Brava Resort visitors are not allowed during your stay. On the contrary, we offer the possibility of booking day passes (click here), which will be subject to availability depending on the level of occupancy.
Assignment of accommodation
The accommodation number is assigned by the reservations department based on availability and internal organization. Only on the day of arrival, if the accommodation is clean, you will be informed of your accommodation number.
On arrival or during the stay, the El Delfín Verde Costa Brava Resort does not undertake to change the number and/or type of accommodation. In any case, it will be subject to availability and internal organization and entails, apart from the difference in rate, an additional cost of €50.
Arrival and departure times
On the day of arrival, your accommodation is available from 5 p.m. For reservations made on the same day of entry, the delivery of the accommodation at the indicated time is not guaranteed and the delivery time may be delayed depending on the situation. Arrival at the Resort is allowed from 13:00 and you can use all our facilities while waiting for the accommodation to be ready. Arrivals after 9pm must be pre-registered through our online check-in.
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 am and in good condition (rubbish removed, with no waste or damage and furniture placed in its original position). If you wish, you can continue to enjoy our facilities and services for up to 13 hours.
Other
In high season, all the facilities and services of El Delfín Verde Costa Brava Resort (Dolfi Water Park, restaurants, mini-golf, gym, doctor, …) are at your disposal, both without and for a fee. In low season, and according to the rates, both can be reduced to more limited hours or even closed.
For security and data protection reasons, inquiries and procedures must be submitted from the same email address specified in the reservation. In addition, we recommend that you add us to your contacts to ensure that you receive our informative emails, or check your «spam box» regularly.
Reservations Pitches, Camping & Caravaning

If the reserved pitch is not occupied on the day of arrival or the following day before 13:00, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without the possibility of recovering the deposit, unless [email protected] has been informed of this delay.
No discount or refund will be made in case of delay on the day of arrival or early departure of the days specified in the reservation contract.
El Delfín Verde reserves the right to cancel within 48 hours, from the time the reservation is made, and to change the conditions established here if necessary.

Pitch
The price of the pitch includes a tent, or a caravan, or a camper or a van (camper type), together with a car or a motorcycle and the electricity corresponding in each case to the chosen type. Additional tents (igloo type) can be placed free of charge, provided they are within the boundaries of your pitch.
A second car can be added to the reservation, but it must be registered and paid for at the current rate and must be parked within the limits of your pitch. In the case that there is not enough space on the pitch for the two vehicles, it must remain outside the resort.
The standard pitches have a 6 amp electrical connection (some with a Schuko CEE 7/4 plug system and others with a European CETAC connection) included in the price. We kindly ask you to bring your adapter with you, otherwise you will find it in our supermarket.
The plus pitches have an electrical connection of 10 amps (16A CETAC plug system – European connection, 3 poles) included in the price, as well as a water connection (via water tap) and drainage. You must bring your own (drain) hose.
Occupation
The maximum occupancy per pitch is 6 people, including children and babies.
A maximum number of bracelets corresponding to the capacity can be provided (6).
Accompanying persons will be billed from the first contracted day to the last, regardless of whether they physically stay overnight.

Pitch assignment
– Pitches PLUS A and PLUS B: On the day of arrival El Delfín Verde will communicate the number of the pitch, which will be assigned according to the internal organization. It is mandatory to respect the assigned pitch.
– Pitches PLUS C and STANDARD: On the day of arrival you will be able to choose any plot of the type reserved from those available. The pitch must be occupied physically. It is therefore not possible to reserve a specific pitch.
– If the pitch you have taken does not correspond to the type of pitch reserved, you will be obliged to break down and move to the corresponding pitch. Only if availability allows, you will be able to stay on the chosen pitch and regularize the corresponding payment at the reception desk.
Arrival and departure time
The pitch will be at your disposal from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, which is also the time of entry into the resort. For arrivals after 9:00 p.m., you must register in advance through our online check-in system.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the pitch and the Resort before 1:00 p.m. Later departure carries the cost of an additional night.
Other
The stay of dogs in the Resort is strictly prohibited from Monday 11th July 2022 to Sunday 21st August 2022. This rule will be strictly enforced.
