The sailing school is designed to teach the practice of sailing, both windsurfing and catamaran, to people of all ages, but especially prepared to initiate this sport to the little ones, who will find boats to suit them ideal to start in a sport in which you learn to understand the nature that surrounds us and use it to direct boats without motors. Stand Up paddle is a relaxing and highly addictive way to enjoy a sport suitable for the whole family, in which the challenge is being able to keep your balance while paddling.

Kayak

The Medes Islands and the area surrounding Begur and L’Estartit is the perfect area for kayaking. Kayaking is a sport that can be practiced individually, in single kayaks or in double kayaks. It is the ideal sport to enjoy a day at sea with family or friends.

The courses are organized individually or in small groups, but excursions for groups are also organized with an instructor who will guide the group through the most spectacular places on the Costa Brava.

Water Skiing

The famous and fun jet skis are one of the highlights of the sports center.

The motorboat instructors will be in charge of directing the guided tours of a part of the Costa Brava coastline that is as unique as it is special for its beauty, from the incredible coves of Begur to the spectacular Medes Islands, including the lesser-known corners of the coast. escarpment of l’Estartit.

The best news is that at the sports center you do not need any type of nautical license to be able to drive the new jet skis. Powerful and fun.
