Villas Bookings

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Contract:

To confirm a booking we request a deposit of 40% of the total amount. The remaining amount will be paid on your arrival day by bank card or cash. There is the possibility to transfer the amount by bank a few days before arrival.
If you do not occupy your booked accommodation on the arrival day or by 12 am on the following day, the booking will be automatically cancelled, unless prior written notice of late arrival has been given. There will be no refund in case of delay on the day of arrival or early departures.

Deposit:

An amount of 100€ is required to be paid as a deposit at the time of registration. On departure day the amount will be refunded as long as the accommodation is in good conditions and without any damages.

Occupation:

Maximum occupancy per accommodation: between 4 and 6 people, depending on the chosen type. For safety and insurance reasons is completely forbidden to exceed the number of occupants provided for the type of accommodation booked. Babies and children are counted towards the total number of people allowed.

  • Only the people who have been registered properly at the check-in are authorized to stay in the accommodation, without exceeding the maximum capacity allowed.
  • VISITORS: As a courtesy and for safety reasons, visitors must first pass through the Reception to register and pay the current rate. For reasons of data protection, a member of the reservation must go to Reception along with their visitors. The same people may not make consecutive visits.

Requests or Preferences:

You cannot reserve a particular number of lodging, neither a particular zone nor the accommodations next to each other. The Reservations Department reserves the right to allocate the accommodation number according to availability and internal organization. But obviously, if you have a preference, you can communicate it by email to the Reservations Department and your request will be considered. We can neither guarantee nor confirm any request, but don’t have any doubt that we will try to please you as far as possible.
Only on the day of your arrival, once the accommodation is clean, you will be informed about its exact location.
Upon arrival or during the stay, the campsite does not commit to the possibility of changing your lodgment. In any case, only if there is availability and our logistics meet the standards, will we be able to make changes. Notice this may imply additional charges.

Arrival time and departure time:

On your arrival day, the villa will be available starting at 5 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier and your accommodation is not available, you will be able to use all the facilities while waiting. Please be aware that the cleanings will be done according to internal organization and not in order of customers’ arrivals. On your departure day, the accommodation must be vacated before 10 am.

Accommodation:

  • All the campsite’s facilities are at your disposal.
  • Bed linen for all beds and towels are included in the price.
  • Dogs are NOT allowed in the accommodations.
  • It is forbidden to place tents next to the lodgings.
  • Only one car is included in the price with its parking place.

* The Campsite reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation in a 24 hour period.

Modifications in reservation:

Any modification of your reservation must be requested in writing by email to [email protected] The Booking Department must confirm it also by email, so that the change is effective. In no case will we accept nor process modifications over the telephone. For security and data protection reasons, only modifications that come from the same email with which the reservation was done or in CC (Carbon Copy) will be accepted.

CANCELLATION TERMS

In case of cancellation, the campsite will respond with the following conditions (being you in charge of bank commission):

  • If your cancellation is made before 30 days of your arrival, 5% of your deposit will not be refund.
  • If your cancellation takes place within 7 and 30 days before your arrival, 50% of your deposit will not be refund.
  • If your cancellation occurs less than 7 days before your arrival, 100% of your deposit will not be refund.

However, in case that your lodging could be booked again, the campsite would return you 95% of your deposit.

What should be done if we want to cancel the booking?:

The cancellation of your booking must be requested in writing by email to [email protected], with subject “Cancellation + booking number”, indicating the reasons and the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code from your bank account. In no case we will accept nor process cancellations by telephone. For security and data protection reasons, only cancellations that come from the same email with which the reservation was done will be accepted.

Bungalows/Glamping Bookings

  • Dogs are NOT allowed in the accommodations. Only dogs are accepted in our Bungalows Atlantis, except from 16th July to 15th August, and must be communicated in the booking.
  • It is forbidden to place tents next to the bungalows or glampings.
  • Only 1 car is included in the price. Any additional cars will have to be registered and paid at the prevailing rate, even if it’s parked at the entrance of the campsite.

* The Campsite reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation in a 24 hour period.

Pitches Bookings

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Pitch:

  • The price for a pitch includes tent, caravan or motor home, car or motorbike and electricity (6 amps)
  • You will be able to add additional tents with no charge, whenever they are within the limits of the plot.
  • Any additional cars will have to be registered and paid at the prevailing rate, even if it’s parked at the entrance of the campsite.
  • Every pitch is meant for 1 family unit.
  • The stay of dogs inside the campsite will be strictly forbidden from July 16th until August 15th (high season). Those who have entered the campsite before this date will not be able to stay. This rule will be rigorously enforced.
  • The campsite’s facilities are at your disposal.

Additional conditions for Pitches PLUS:

  • The pitch PLUS includes 10 amps in the rate (plug system CETAC 16A – European connection), such as water connection and drain. For the water connection you will be provided with a hose by the reception paying a deposit of 30€, which will be obviously returned upon departure.
  • In high season (from July 12th to August 18th) the minimum stay in pitches PLUS will be 7 nights.

Contract:

To confirm a booking we request a deposit of 150€. The remaining amount will be paid on your arrival day by bank card or cash. There is the possibility to transfer the amount by bank a few days before arrival.

  • If you do not occupy your booked pitch on the arrival day or by 12 am on the following day, the booking will be automatically cancelled unless prior written notice of late arrival has been given. In case you arrive later than the accorded arrival date, the unoccupied days will be charged at the current rates.
  • In the event that the departure is made before the due date, the difference in days will be refunded. On the contrary, the difference will be charged in case of extending your stay.
  • In case of departure before the contracted date, the amount to be refunded could be paid by bank transfer.
  • VISITORS: As a courtesy and for safety reasons, visitors must first pass through the Reception to register and pay the prevailing rate. For reasons of data protection, a member of the reservation must go to Reception along with their visitors. The same people may not make consecutive visits.

Pitch assignment:

  • We do not reserve any specific pitch. The reservation only ensures you will have room in case the campsite is full.
  • All customers can choose the pitch of the reserved type they like the most among all the available ones, but only on the moment of arrival.

Arrival time and departure time:

In high season (July and August), the pitch will be available from 12 am on arrival day. On departure day, the pitch must be left before 12 am.
In low season we can be more flexible. You can arrive from 8 am, just when our Reception opens. The departure can be done with no hurry in the afternoon.

Modifications in reservation:

The booking of an pitch allows changing dates, as long as availability permits. Except in the following case: if your booked pitch has the arrival and/or departure in the period from July 12th to August 18th, changes in your booking dates will be permitted only until 14 days before. Therefore, there will be no refund in case of late arrival or in case of early departure.

In case of cancellation, the campsite will refund 140€ from your deposit (being you in charge of bank commission), being 10€ for booking expenses. For bookings in high season, within the period of 12th July to 18th August, the total payment will not be returned if the cancellation occurs within 14 days from your arrival date.
